Successful Land Surveying companyis seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record tojoin our growing team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, energetic,creative, and live within Central Florida.

The Sales Representative position will market, sell to, and interact withclients in the real estate industry.

·        Business hours are Monday – Fridayfrom 8:00am – 5:00pm EST (additional support outside of business hours may berequired occasionally to meet client deadlines)

·        Remote position requires a quietworkspace with reliable high-speed internet for inside salesresponsibilities.  

·        Outside sales responsibilities willrequire an acceptable motor vehicle status, with current driver’s license, andability to operate a motor vehicle.


In this outbound sales position, you will be responsible for new clientacquisitions, client retention, and revenue growth targets. This positionrequires experience in direct client selling (via phone/ email/in-person).

Compensation is competitive andincludes commission and base salary. 

Full time employees receive paidtime off, paid holidays and sick days.

Responsibilities:

·        Traveling throughout theState of Florida with staying multiple nights in hotels

·        Direct calling and establishingcontact with new and existing clients

·        Developing field sales action plans

·        Maintain professional clientrelationship support and resolve any issues to ensure client satisfaction andsuccess

·        Develop sales KPIs and meet andexceed the sales target and quotas

·        Provide client support when needed

·        Follow up on direct mail and pursuecontacts

·        Strong analytical skills to identifytrends and sales patterns

·        Ability to design and implement asuccessful sales strategy

·        Planning, organization, andproblem-solving skills

·        Strong communicationskills via email, phone and in person


Requirements:

·        Proficient with Microsoft OfficeProducts

·        Proficient with Hubspot or similarCRM Systems

·        Advanced time management skills

·        Great interpersonal andcommunication skills (verbal and written) 

·        Detailed oriented, accuracy is amust 

·        Sense of ownership and pride in yourperformance and its impact on company’s success

·        Critical thinker and problem-solvingskills

·        Team player, enthusiastic andpositive 

·        Must have a good command of theEnglish language, both written and spoken; Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus

·        Ability to lift 50 pounds asrequired without assistance

·        Ability to work extended hoursduring the week and on weekends as deadlines or client circumstance require

·        Ability to work well in ahigh-pressure, demanding environment

·        Acceptable Motor Vehicle status,with current driver’s license, and ability to operate a motor vehicle

·        Excellent communication and clientrelationship skills

·        Adaptable to change (jobresponsibilities may change over time in order to meet market demands)

 

Qualifications:

Minimum2 years experience in sales with proven track record of increasingrevenue
