Construction/Permitting

First Choice Surveying specializes in mortgage surveys. We offer limited construction surveying services for properties where we have previously completed the boundary survey.
At this time, we are unable to accept construction projects for properties where First Choice Surveying has not previously completed the boundary work.

Please note: if a neighboring property is involved, we will require written and signed approval from all property owners involved
