First Choice Surveying specializes in mortgage surveys for property closings. While we do not offer construction services for new home builds, we are happy to assist with surveys for fences, additions, and pools.

Turnaround times depend on the property's size, complexity, and location. We provide an anticipated delivery date on your order confirmation.

Our surveys are sent electronically. In an effort to help the environment, electronic surveys are considered originals and should be satisfactory for most needs. If paper copies are needed, please request them at the time of the order.
